@Chris Lopez thanks a bunch for the tips. I’ve seen James on BP, but haven’t had an opportunity to connect yet. I will definitely get in touch with him. What was your route for setting up keywords? Any tips on that front? Thanks again!

@Stephen Spradley, great to meet a fellow FoCo guy! Have you done any investing here? Or are you just doing the absent thing? My wife and I are actually on the front end of the licensing train. Someone offered to pay for us to get a real estate license and of course, we said, sure! I’d love to meet up and chat, see what kind of stuff you’re up to here in town!

I feel like I’ve stumbled into the secret garden, or an amusement park for adults who buy, sell and trade real estate, services, knowledge and so much more. I’m still trying to wrap my head around the possibilities! I currently live in Fort Collins Colorado, north of Denver, with my wife and two boys. We both work way too hard, playing tag team in the afternoons with our boys and finally, after bedtime, if we’ve got the energy, we’ll say hey, eat a dangerously late dinner and then fall into bed. I found BP by accident one morning sifting through podcasts in Spotify. That was about two weeks ago and I’ve been devouring everything I can get my hands on since; guides, forums, podcasts. My head may explode. Long story short, my wIfe and I have flipped two houses in three years, so we’ve been bitten by the bug. We are a spectacular sweat equity team and we are ready to 1. Work hard and be rewarded for it (instead of the barely-speaking-by-each-month jobs) 2. Build passive income so we can spend more time together (because we really like to do that) and 3. Partner with people who have the same passions for providing great housing, helping fellow humans, and building a full and abundant life. If you’ve made it to the bottom of this “introduction,” hopefully we can take advantage of our respective skills and do some awesome things! Cheers! Logan

I live in Fort Collins as well. If you're making $700 after all your expenses, I'd say hold on to that one. You're right that in our current market, you could sell it for a pile of cash, but that's a one time transaction. If it's not too much of a hastle, I'd keep it for the cash flow. In our market, the cash flow is certainly a golden goose, as Jim said.
