A real nice paint job should help. Maybe spending on bathroom fixtures like the showerhead. A tile backsplash in the kitchen and stainless steel appliances help the look. I got a nice stainless steel stove from Sears last year for a great price.

Good to bring up the landlord tenant courts. I have a Section 8 tenant(with a BMW) that I am evicting. Her lease expired. Court comes and the judge didn't show up. I hear the tenant could have a maximum of six months in the unit. Crazy.

If you ever look at brownstoner they have estimates on renovation costs. I know a gc who a friend gave high marks too. He did a cornice painting for me.

Has anyone used an affordable wireless doorbell system for a three or four family? I had an old school doorbell installed and it isn't working so want to go with a wireless one. Thanks
