Hi, I installed Blink Cameras. They are great. Cheap and easy to set up. The only thing is you have to watch the distance of the cameras from he base.

Hi, I have something that might be what you are interested in. I have two residential units in a three story building. The thermostat is in the basement. I have two sensors in each unit. The sensors kind of average each other out and that controls the heat(which I provide). You do need wifi set up in the building. Direct message me if you want the exact model.

It is a small property. Mixed use with two apartments. Three stories. Now, when I get calls, I ask if they have anything at a discount.

What is interesting is my family’s building has fit some criteria that investors would want, low mortgage, long time owners but only one company has consistently sent out letters over the years.

My family’s building is in Bed Stuy. Get one every quarter. But has slowed down lately. Think people are moving on to East NY.
