Yep- once you have the MLS, just go directly to the listing agents and most MLSs have "showing instructions". In some areas the showing apps are used a lot, in other places you just may get a combination code to the lockbox or a special card that is part of your membership to NAR (the national association of realtors). It's very specific to each area, but your local broker can probably steer your right. Good luck!

New to the site and wondering if there are other investors in my area (Washington DC metro and Baltimore metro areas) that are into real estate data- that's my specialty...
