Post: Looking for Accountant Recommendation

Just starting out in real estate investment.  Would be great to find accountant familiar with real estate and how can maximize business set-up as well as tax benefits for real estate investing.  I live in Mass but am looking to invest NH.  Any benefit to having local accountant in NH - or does it really matter where they are?  Thanks for advice and learning from others that have already been through this experience.

I am going to purchase an REO property trough Auction.com. The bank will pay for the closing, but I am unsure who I use to get Title Insurance on the property. Auction.com said I can purchase through the bank's title company (Title 365), the local lawyer I spoke with said I could purchase through him? Any difference who I use to get the title insurance? Any difference quality or cost?

Great.  Thanks for the legal contacts. This guy posted a sign outside his house recently saying he owns the house and has a 9mm gun. he is definitely going to be a handful.   No way are we going to approach him for cash for keys. Afraid legal eviction route with sherif may be only way

Am purchasing a single family home in NH.  Apparently the owner has been battling in court the mortgage company for years.  Likely to be a messy situation to evacuate this current owner of the property.  Is there a law firm or lawyer one can recommend understands NH law and what options I have to best evacuate this owner?  Am guessing cash for keys will not work in this situation - so looking for legal/law help to get him out.  Thanks for any advice!

Looking for recommendation for legal and accountant advisement for a lot we are looking to acquire and develop in Laconia/Meredith area.  Thanks for any recommendations of those experienced in the area
