Best approach evacuate difficult owner for foreclosed home

Am purchasing a single family home in NH.  Apparently the owner has been battling in court the mortgage company for years.  Likely to be a messy situation to evacuate this current owner of the property.  Is there a law firm or lawyer one can recommend understands NH law and what options I have to best evacuate this owner?  Am guessing cash for keys will not work in this situation - so looking for legal/law help to get him out.  Thanks for any advice!

If you are buying directly from the seller who is occupying the home, you simply make sure they are out before you close, by means of a final walkthrough before closing.

If on the other hand, you are buying from the bank that foreclosed on the previous owner, and the previous owner still lives there, that's a different thing altogether.  In MA, you can't even get title insurance for those situations, so make sure you cover all your bases.

Two NH attorneys who are both good at foreclosures:  Andy Sullivan in Bedford NH and Alec Buchanan in Nashua NH.  You can google both of them.
