Bryant Schur congrats to you, I like your enthusiasm, you Rock!!! I tell people What my side business is and they either chuckle, silently shake their head or give me a non believing " oh nice" and they start a new conversation. It's hard to stay on point when this happens. But I silently look at them and say to myself, ha ha just wait. You'll see fool! Keep up the great work and progress for financial independence...

Mark, Buddy and myself, did a Real Estate Investor Meet online, per Facetime, it was quite successful. We met for an hour and a half. Mark is a great moderator, in bringing up subjects for questions and answers forum and Buddy knows his stuff, since he has rentals and is in the game. I enjoyed it and look forward to more meets whether online or in person. Bravo!!! I know that these types of meetings keeps us motivated and continuing with success in finding deals in todays market. Thanks to Mark and Buddy for the invite.

John Albertson Hi, we were just in Wilmington Kure Beach area Sunday. Good luck with investing further. I live in Conway SC and a newbie. There is a lot of property in the Wilmington area that's reasonable. Driving for dollars would pay off there is you have the cash. Good luck!

This is a great post, learning a lot from it on how to deal with agents. Lots of information left and right. Seems if you are in the Real Estate Business to sell, you deal with this every day. You know it will happen and that's part of being an agent/broker. It's business period. I would think that creative strategies would factor in, other aspects of the deal, buyer pays all closing blah blah blah or something that enhances the low ball deal. Good luck Ana keep us posted.
