The purpose of this post is to express my gratitude to the bigger pockets community and introduce myself a bit. I am a real estate agent in Salt Lake City Utah and have been following bigger pockets for the last year or so. I work full time in addition to being a real estate agent and plan on keeping both professions going while beginning me rei journey. I recently sold my bachelor pad condo (great for bacheloring, poor investment) and plan on purchasing a multi family property in Ogden Utah in the next 3 months. I will be moving to Manhattan in the spring of 2019 to live with my cousin, whose family is in the commercial real estate business (gfpre.com if you want to see a crazy portfolio). The stories that I see here on bigger pockets inspire me daily and I can only hope to give back as much as I have received from the wonderful people in this network. Bigger pockets has completely changed my life and I plan on using the lessons I have learned here to change my family’s lives as well. Thank you all! 🏠

I am a licensed agent in the Salt Lake City and I’m looking to meet with local real estate investors. I am rarely able to attend local REIA meetings because of my schedule at my Goldman Sachs. Hi Mike! Flipping is worth it if you can find the right deal (obviously). Perhaps people are telling you it’s not worth it because deals worth flipping are far and few between. I am a licensed agent in Salt Lake and have great interest in the investing side of real estate as well, I am constantly looking for the deals you are talking about.
