Is Flipping Worth it now in SLC

Im currently a genral contractor here in Utah. I flip multi family properties for my clients. Im currently wanting to flip a home for myself. A few people Ive talked to say to mot try it.  Would it be worth it here? If so does anyone one know of any realtors that specialize in finding deals for flips here in SLC?
