Is anyone doing both purchasing/brokering discounted notes and factoring?  I see note purchasing/brokering as a way to receive huge pay-outs, but they don't come in on a regular basis.  Factoring, has lower pay-outs, but the pay-days come on a monthly basis.

Thanks!

Lynn (FL)

Aroldo,

Did you ever get information on installing a billboard on your property?  If not, is that something you'd still like to consider?

Thanks!

Mark,

I'd like to know more about your plans.  I'm in FL, and presently own several Tax Lien Certificates.

Thanks!

Lynn

I'll do some research on those properties tomorrow.

The last time I filed a TDF application, between what I had to pay the Tax Collector's Office, and the Clerk of Court's Office, I had to pay around $800 total.  Part of that was having to pay off some other Tax Lien Certificates that I didn't own.

I should be able to find out how many other certificates are outstanding, and about what it will take to pay them off.

Kim, I'm within an hour away from Escambia County, so let me know if you need any help with that county.

Doesn't appear to be any of those listed forms.  You'll need to contact the office, and let them email it to you.
