Some of the short sale "guru's" tell you to use an Option Contract, but I've been told not to in FL. Anyone else have a comment?

ALL you folks that purchase Marco's course, but haven't done anything with it, I may be interested in buying it. That way, you can say you got something out of it.

I haven't heard much lately about using Marco Kozlowski's strategy of "flipping" luxury homes. Is this still a viable strategy in today environment? Is anyone still using this strategy with success?

Was one of the teachers Steve Thomas? I knew Steve when he was doing coaching for his own product.

I'm considering purchasing courses from: (1) DC Fawcett; (2) Short Sales Riches from Nathan and Chris; and (3) Jeff Kaller.

How does compare to each other? What are the pros and cons of each? Are all these guys legit, or are they all crooks?

There's alot of emails flying around about a buying strategy of taking a property that's upside down and the owner may not be behind on payments but needs to sell. You tie up the property, then assign the payments to a buyer with fair credit but can afford the payments. The buyer pays you (the investor) a assignment fee for your profit.

It looks like a basic Subject-2 deal with a property that has no equity.

Is anyone using this strategy with success?

What are some of the problems of doing this type of transaction?

Do you really need to purchase a $997 course to do this?
