I actually got my license a few months back, and It looks like we're on the same boat. There are apps for everything you mentioned.
1. So far i have been using the Quick books self employed app. It helps you keep track of expenses, receipts, mileage, and other things
2. You dont have hours. You are a contractor so you can work as long or a little as you want.
3. Quick books Self Employed app is great with this too.
4. There are tons of apps that cover everything from mortgage calculators to picture editing for your listing.
I would recommend that you take things one step at a time. Focus on passing the class, and getting your license. Once you do take your time to find a firm that works for you. Look for one that has a few real estates investors as agents! They will be great when you get stuck in a bind, and you need someone to answer a few questions for you.
The Firm will then show you their ways, and show you what apps and programs their top agents are using.
Let me know if i can help you with anything!
Best of luck!
