Any advice starting out as a real estate agent

Good evening BP my name is Carlos and I'm fairly new to the real estate market. In also two weeks in in BP and I've learned so much already, I am going to keep on asking questions so that I can master this so one day I can help others. Okay so if you haven't been following me I'm obtaining my real estate license soon! I've been taking to a few agents to see what they have to offer and to see which would be best for me. I have just a few questions in getting started. 1. as a agent do you keep track of the hours you put in? 2. How do you keep track of toe expenses? - what do you consider expenses as a agent 3. How do you track your miles on your vehicle while in use for real estate? Any apps? 4. Any tools, apps or additional advice? Thank you for your time and helping me get so answers and knowledge!!!
