Don't you deal with the bank on a pre-foreclosure property? Probably not a big deal if the owner is deceased. Looks as though there was no claim on his estate, or his possible heirs didn't want to inherit the debt. Likely a good deal.

I have worked with Rentals, and I have pretty deep experience with managing AirBnb units, but I have not yet done a flip. What are some tips to get financing for a flip? I approached a lender few years back, and had no success. They couldn't grasp the concept of buying with intent to sell in 8 months time. How many lenders or what kind do you need to approach to find one willing to finance this kind of REI?

Thank you all, I am happy to be here. I had to give BP a miss for a while, one of my investments was on it's last minute crunch. But I'm happy to be back!
