Sounds awful, I would stay far far away. Better to find another house instead of getting horribly burned by a confused woman trying to rip you for all you're worth. 

I am a huge fan of the cybertruck. Finally a practical vehicle hits the market that changes the functional and visual paradigm on trucks. Fantastic.

Possibly above the market price for the area. might want to start by changing up your photos, and slicing 20k off that price.

I use the cost of Living / Maintenance. Tell them a small increase will come to make up for cost of living every year from now forward.

I worked with WCAP for a short while. They got me a handsome amount of capital via credit card financing. Only advice I can give is be very clear about your interest free period, WCAP should be able to advise you on how to shift the credit in time.

I see a sale price, but the subject of the discussion is it's a rental? Do you currently rent the unit out, or have you sold it?
