@Leon Kanon what systems do you use? I also own a company #Teatrograde in New York. I’m partial to Intuity by lagrand because it is hardwired to the home and does t require a truck roll every time there is an issue, they simply call tech support to set up and activate their system.

Hi Guys,

any active wholesalers in WA state use disclosure forms you hand to the seller to minimize your liability?

I tried finding PSA contracts and assignment contracts so would appreciate any help helping me find one as well.

@Tom Ott .... Even in this market ... For Cleveland ( yes i know what area it is) this price is about 20k more than any logical investor would pay for a buy n hold bellow 1k that was build prior to 1950s. I hope newbie investors able to actually do their numbers the right way to avoid getting underwater with ****** deals. Then you ask why turnkey have such a bad rep. Smh
