Huy, I live just east of Houston by the Louisiana border and I know out here if you need to check with the municipalities to see if they want you to upgrade to the newer septic systems I know a lot of them do and also the financing just to make sure and if the city has built out to there and has a system ready they will want you to hook to it

sorry you missed that offer but I do appreciate your answer I was wondering about actions because I followed a few and the houses seem to sell way over the 70% actually over 80% and closer to 90%
