welcome miRNA I hope you enjoy Reno that's where my brother in law has lived for the past 20 years he loves it there I wish you well

I agree in that is an awesome way to put it I will remember this

no you can stay in touch and wait them out be nice to him and courteous just calling back in 30 days or 60 days and ask him if they've gotten any other bids on their house and that you are still interested also I'll let you know I'm around a manufactured home business for around five years and rebuilt quite a few homes. I also used to buy a lot of used homes when they have been this old I only paid 1 to 5000 for them

first off look up the value of the home in the NADA for manufactured homes they have it just like for cars that'll give you a price on it this is a Fleetwood Fleetwoods are not the best Homes built. You need to find out the second name of that Fleetwood. That second name should be on the manufacturer's label which is located under the sink by the hot water heater in the closet of the master bedroom it will tell you all the information about it you do need to have someone look underneath the home to make sure the frame is still in good shape and that the axles are still in good shape and that there is a tongue with that home also getting that home down in the five to $10,000 range would be a good idea considering the work that you need to do to it you have to make sure that it is braced for a ceiling fan if you're going to add one the trim that's in there is it thats that flimsy trim or is it a good court around there's a whole bunch you have to look at buying parts for manufactured homes there are in certain places in building Centers. Good luck
