Does anyone know how to co wholesale a deal? I don't want to talk about numbers here I want to know what documents I need to make sure I get paid- if there are any.

I think your looking for a joint venture agreement. If you our go realestatedoru.com and go to his resources and you will find a simple jv contract. basically who ever your partnering on a deal with will have the seller. You will bring the buyer. Viceversa.
