@Attila Bertalan - you will no longer need to worry about this as we finally won our long battle - judge Ellis ruled in our favor and cancelled the trademark today! You can now use we buy houses as you wish.

Chris:

We don't tell our buyers the contract price or the assignment fee until closing. The reason is, too many rehabbers get bent out of shape on what our wholesale fee is. When I was rehabbing houses I didn't care if the wholesaler made a dollar or $100,000 as long as the numbers worked for me. Why does a buyer need to know how much you are making before he/she agrees to buy to home?

Your mission is too ambiguous.  What does "most successful" mean? Its not inspiring - which it should be.

What does your team and follow up systems look like? If you’re wholesaling thin margins aren’t the worst. So much that could be affecting your success... How many leads are you getting per month? What is your cost per lead? Most all markets these days are competitive. I operate in the DC metro and southern Florida market and we consistently do over 20 deals a month, all wholesales. Lead follow up and generating tons of leads are a big part of our success.

It’s not normal but proceed as normal. Just give the agent your offer or go to the house and present the offer to the seller. Good luck!
