 Great talking to you today, i am excited about building your list after i get selects back from you. Since you are already doing mailing, this is going to be awesome for your campaign.

Andrew, slow down buddy... i haven't sent you the list yet. What i sent you is called our "Database dictionary" basically those are the selects available for you to choose from.

The art is to find a good selects and based on that information, i will create your list.

what happens if you are not able to sell the property as a wholesaler while you have the property in contract? Do the seller gets to keep down payment?

Zaid, it was great speaking with you on phone today and as promised i have delivered your list via an email few minutes ago. Total came out to be around 74000 records in these 4 zip codes but alot of them are twice because this consumer database sometimes has both wife and husband as different record. Also, i was able to get information on property type if they are single or multi family. Out of entire list, i think about 20% of them also has phone numbers if you ever decide to do a telemarketing campaign.

Good luck and please keep the forum posted with results. Oh and data is only part of sucessful campaign, the mail peace is other part and i know you already got that part figured out.

I am just trying to make some friends and i figure offering free list would be nice for now. Once i get overwhlemed or its producing too much, i might charge in future but for now its free lunch.
