Hello everyone. My name is Justin. I'm new to the site. I wasn't sure which thread to place this post. I'm new to the San Angelo, TX area. I'm highly interested in wholesaling a few properties. I've been research for the past year and I've decided to make my first move. I'm considering starting out with a direct mail campaign. My only concern would be how in the world do I find my buyers? I looked on Craigslist and I saw a few listings stating "we buy houses". I called and left a voicemail in an attempt to network to no avail. I've been listening to the Bp podcasts for the last 3wks and I remembered to use the forum for your expertise! Thanks in advance! -Justin, MS
