Im new to real estate investing but im looking into wholesaling to start to build some capital to lead into fix and flipping. I have been doing all kinds of research, book reading, seminar sitting, youtube watching and digging deep into biggerpockets website i guess my main question is when do I stop getting ready and just go!!!! Someone HELP lol thanks in advance
