@Frank Chin lol 😂 they are illegal in TX as well but I would never call in on bandit signs. Most small businesses don't have money for marketing for a huge billboard right off the bat... to each its own, but that's crazy to try and block another person hustle especially if you have a small business too. At least he was taking action.

Hey BP fam! I recently got 6 acres of raw land that fell into my lap. I wasn't looking for it they know I have been wholesaling and asked me to find a buyer(of course for an assignment fee). What is the best way to market this raw land? It has a 6,000 sq.ft structure on it , zoning info is SFR-1, the land value is listed as $552,200 ... I'm not sure how to even find buyers for raw land. Do I just need to find a developers/ builders Meetup groups and attend some of those ? The property is in Glenn Heights,TX Please help!!!

I'm a beginner with little to no money. My biggest challenge in trying to get a first deal is marketing... I do D4D, pre foreclosure lists, code enforcement lists, I've even visited local family law attorneys if their clients are going through divorce and meet to sell properties fast etc and or probates... just nothing is popping ! Not sure what to do ...

@James Wilcox the Why is because what i eventually want to do like REO's etc. alot of times you cant get these in your name you have to have an LLC and also ive been reading this book about being invisible as far as assets etc. I dont want everything all shown etc. I know you can get up to 10 mortgages in your name etc. but it would be a cap on stuff like that. It would depend on your overall real estate investing goals as well eventually I want to invest all over the country and all that property will not be in my name but in an LLC and other DBA's for marketing purposes etc.
