Raw Land! How do I market to buyers...
Hey BP fam!
I recently got 6 acres of raw land that fell into my lap. I wasn't looking for it they know I have been wholesaling and asked me to find a buyer(of course for an assignment fee). What is the best way to market this raw land? It has a 6,000 sq.ft structure on it , zoning info is SFR-1, the land value is listed as $552,200 ...
I'm not sure how to even find buyers for raw land. Do I just need to find a developers/ builders Meetup groups and attend some of those ? The property is in Glenn Heights,TX
Please help!!!
