Hey Cole, I'm new to REI as well in the Dallas area. I went on meetup.com (you can also download the app) for the REIA meetings that be in DFW area... they were informative. Books, podcast, and these forums have been extremely helpful for me in getting started. Good luck !

Hey! I'm new to REI as well.. this past Thursday I went to a Dallas REIA meet-up and they talked about this company named Quest IRA,Inc. that helps Investors use their IRA and or 401K to invest in real estate. Hope this info helps. I'm currently in the process of transferring my IRA to invest into real estate.

Hey everyone ! I'm new to wholesaling... I've been going to a few Dallas REIA meet ups and networking with other wholesalers in the area. I've been doing a lot of reading, researching etc. I'm going to start this week with the Driving For Dollars Marketing technique. Any advice, tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
