Get the Euclid retail on the market now.  The market is hot in the retail dept for vacant homes during Covid.  People are not wanting to go into occupied homes during the crisis.  Just listed my Cleveland hts house on Monday 20+ showings under contract in 10 days.

I have several properties in Maple Hts.  Great rental area. Prices are going up.  Close to freeways and shopping.  Everything is close for the tenants.  I've had rentals there for over 10 years.  I place good tenants have have little turnover.  Most of my tenants stay 3 plus years.

I have been in the Cleveland RE rental market for over 15 years.  In my 1-4 unit homes the only appliances I supply are the ones left behind from a previous tenant or were there when I bought the property and the new tenant gets to keep it for free.  Appliances = another repair issue, especially used ones.

You could be a lender and not worry about the headaches of being a landlord.  I use private money all the time and give a great rate of return.
