Thanks to everyone who came to our last meetup! This next one is very exciting, as @Mel Adams and I will be teaming up with Future Flippers (@Lj Bognot) and STR Nation (@Patryk Swietek) to host a meetup this coming Sunday, October 2nd from 2:00pm - 6:00pm.

Meetup Location: The Church by the Lost Abbey (downtown brewery)
1313 J St., San Diego 92101. We'll be in the outdoor area.

We will not have a guest speaker, but this will be a unique opportunity to network with real estate investors from all over the country as they are in town for BPCON. Dress is casual.

As always, our meetup is open to anyone interested in real estate investing, whether you own 100 doors, just bought your first property, or are wanting to get started; we're a welcoming bunch with a variety of experience levels (who also enjoy a good craft beer!). Our meetups are very casual and are a great opportunity to learn, network, and share with others involved in REI. See y'all there!

Thanks to everyone who came to our last meetup! Our next one is scheduled for Sunday, September 18th, from 1:00pm - 4:00pm at Duck Foot Brewing in Miramar. Future meetings will continue to be the third Sunday of every month.

We’re extremely excited about this meeting’s special guest! It will be David Khadija, who’s been an active investor for over a decade. His portfolio includes a gamut of properties around the country including single-family, short-term rentals, large multi-family, syndications, self-storage, and vacant land. He also brings experience in creative solutions to deals, funding, closing, management, and operations. He’ll be starting at about 1:15pm, so be sure to arrive at 1:00pm to grab a drink or food and soak it all in. Bring your questions!

He often works with investor clients, and is extremely knowledgeable in analyzing multi-family properties, house hacking opportunities, buy and hold, and out of state investments. In 2021, he was named to Real Producers Top 200 San Diego Realtors, and is a SDAR Platinum Award Winning Individual (top 1% in San Diego). All to say, he knows his stuff, so bring your questions! Twana will only be there 1:00pm-2:30pm, so be sure to arrive promptly.
