Ales & Assets REI Meet-Up

Thanks to everyone who came to our last meetup! Our next one is scheduled for Sunday, September 18th, from 1:00pm - 4:00pm at Duck Foot Brewing in Miramar. Future meetings will continue to be the third Sunday of every month.

We’re extremely excited about this meeting’s special guest! It will be David Khadija, who’s been an active investor for over a decade. His portfolio includes a gamut of properties around the country including single-family, short-term rentals, large multi-family, syndications, self-storage, and vacant land. He also brings experience in creative solutions to deals, funding, closing, management, and operations. He’ll be starting at about 1:15pm, so be sure to arrive at 1:00pm to grab a drink or food and soak it all in. Bring your questions!

Our meetup is open to anyone interested in real estate investing, whether you own 100 doors, just bought your first property, or are wanting to get started; we're a welcoming bunch with a variety of experience levels (who also enjoy a good craft beer). Our meetings are very casual and are a great opportunity to learn, network, and share with others involved in REI. We'll be sitting outside at the picnic tables and will have a paper "Ales & Assets" sign. If we have to move inside, we'll post in this group, so double check before you arrive.
