I'm assuming this is Real Estate related but I'm going to unapologetically reply as if it's for whatever.

Let say a large sum is $2,530,349.88.

First, let's get the .88 cents out of the way.  That would go straight to my daughter's piggy bank.

The remaining $2,530,349.00 would go into a mixture of Real Estate multifamily/hotel deals in Cincinnati, my wife's gofundme account...the "hey baby can you go fund me a new pair of shoes?", the uncle that I can't stand "Sam", foster 2 kids from the inner city, pay my way into some club to get close enough to Daniel Synder (Owner of the Redskins) to have a man-to-man conversation about what *BLANK* he is doing with the organization and finally, make a huge contribution to the ALS and Alzheimer foundation.

Along that same line, I'm investing in Cincinnati. Would you happen to have any contacts in that area?@Remington Lyman

It's the same as last year:

- continue building my brand on my thought leadership platform...Instagram

- looking down my 1st apartment acquisition in Cincinnati

- Locate a cash partner

- Continue building trust

Try a FB group as I've been more successful with getting skilled labor.

I've rolled the dice between the 3 C's and we've selected Cincy:

Low Health insurance

Affordable Housing

Top 25 places to live

Below the national unemployment rating

High Rent to Price ratio

We're working with brokers now but can always work with more.  We're looking for an apartment deal.

@Lawrence Reid How are you managing your PM?  Monthly or bi-weekly calls?  They send you videos and pictures?  As, long as it's cash flowing monthly is all that matters to you?  Just curious as I looked that way before and the feedback wasn't 10/10.  Thanks.

I'm thankful you would consider me as your mentor Brittany.  Unfortunately, I'm not in a position to offer such services.  Super duper sorry about that.  I would find a coach through here or on Youtube.  Find someone that you can connect with and then reach out.

I learned so much on this post but most of this tax stuff I'll simply leave it to the professionals.
