I'd say if you use a PO Box, use street addressing (post office term). This gives your PO Box a street address so it looks like a suite in a building rather than a PO Box. You can find out more about this on the USPS website. Jerry Puckett what do you think?

I agree with Dev. Their website could use some help. I've never heard of them, but most companies that raise capital understand that a well designed website is very important to the image of the company.
