How's everyone doing? I am new to investing. I'm 24 years of age and am looking to break into the industry. My question to any and all is what is my best option for breaking into the industry? I do still live at home. I am currently looking into "House Hacking" but I do not know where to start. I eventually would like to learn flipping and wholesaling houses. Unfortunately, I have no money to start out so i'm just trying to find a way to break into the business. Any answers are much appreciated!

Sorry, I went to edit it and it posted the original message. I did not realize the qualifications before I submitted the post but my edited post did not post. That is what I meant.

Hi,

I would like to begin my investing career. I am currently 24 years of age. I have been trying to educate myself as much as possible by reading books and watching other videos, webinars, etc, on this business. I am looking for an investor in NY or FL. I plan on moving down to FL eventually. If I can locate an investor then I will be moving much sooner. I have no clue where to begin when it comes to investing. I am willing to put in any work necessary to become successful. How can I locate someone who is willing to take me under their wing and build a business relationship with? I do not have the funds to pay for a mentor but I am willing to work out other arrangements if necessary. I am grateful on any response that is provided.

Thank you

- I do understand that I should not locate a mentor here.
