@Henri Meli I do not have a pre-paid penalty on the loan. It was a quick exit. I had owned the property just shy of 2 years. I made some cash along the way and learned a lot! I had the opportunity to sell and make a healthy profit. So, I decided to move forward. My next move will be to start looking at investing in syndications and other opportunities.

sold for $1,210,000
I netted around $100,000 in cash flow during the holding period.
I have been a single family investor mainly. This process has taught me that apartments are the way to go! Without listening @Gino Barbaro and the bigger pockets podcast, I probably would have never even considered trying to purchase a 48 unit deal on my own.
