Any Recommendations for Commercial Insurance?
Hello all, I am closing a deal with 48 unit apartment buildings and 86 unit self-storages in one deal in Hopkinsville KY. I am having a hard time to find a legit insurance for this deal. I reached out to many insurance brokers that I found online, but most of them are either not able to provide me any coverages or the premium is quoted ridiculously high. Because the apartment buildings and the self-storages are next to each other, I prefer to have them under one carrier, but totally okay to use two different carriers if the cost makes sense. Do you have any recommendations for an experienced insurance broker that may be able to help me out? Very much appreciate it!!

Check with Ponderosa insurance for the storage. Will be cheaper if you do industry specific. If you go with a common carrier will be double.
