Our organization has completed the platting, engineering, and started permitting on a small development of single family homes in Hopkinsville, KY. We plan to market these homes at a $275,000 price point. We plan to start this development in the next 60-90 days with the right investment partnership. We are willing to negotiate through any investment options.
