The market in San Antonio isn't as volatile as other markets. for the most part it's been a steady increase of appreciation in homes. And you said the prices people are asking is too high. You could always market for a fixxer upper at a cheap price but ofcourse normally a cheap price will come with it's own set or repairs.

Hello my name is Kris.I'm a wholesale real estate agent with networth realty located in the San Antonio office. My question has to do with investors in the area. Do you guys still buy package deals or is individual home buying the trend. We just picked up a small portfolio of rentals to sell so I'm trying to get an idea of the market. Thanks

They are legal here in San Antonio. I'm an agent at networth realty and we double close all our wholesale deals. I usually request what's called a buyers hud from title and that's what lets the end buyer know what to bring to closing.
