East side investors wanted.

Hello my name is Kris. I'm an agent with Networth Realty. We specialize in wholesaling on a large scale by selling properties all over town. What I'd like to do is grow my investor base for sure but I'm also looking for investors who are specifically looking for deals on the east side. Reach out if interested, I'd like to have you on my buyers list.

Selling for 50k or closest offer.

Got a new west side deal in yesterday evening.

3bed 2baths over 1200sqft with a unfinished garage and a separate uncovered driveway.

Needs junk cleared out, a new roof some moldy dry wall replacing and window units. Good deal for a buy and hold steady

(rental, owner finance etc)

PM me if interested. :)

Hey every one I'm Kris. I'm one of the agents with Networth Realty. We wholesale 25+ deals monthly all over town, reach out if interested in getting on my buyers list.

My question today is.What do you all think it is that makes your individual market strong for real estate? For example here in San Antonio we have a strong government backing with all the different military bases and also lets not forget about the greatest championship team in the world, The San Antonio spurs lol. Just wanted to see what other people have in their market that keeps the housing market strong. Have a good Sunday everyone!

Hello my name is Kristopher Williams and I am a licensed agent with NetWorth Realty in San Antonio. Our Office specializes in buy homes at below market value and selling them to our investors. We buy in volume all over town and are always looking for more inventory. We don't care how much you make on the deal as long as we can buy it for our price, No JV deals or half splits you keep your profit 100%. Reach out if interested. I'd love to meet with you. Also if you are new to wholesaling reach out as well. For no fee I can teach you everything I know, All I want in return is first shot at buying every deal you want to sell. Have a good Sunday Everyone.

Hey everyone hope you all are enjoying your weekend and getting charged up to it crush Monday. Just wanted to give you all a heads up that I have about 6 solid deals coming my way this week that are good for flips and also rentals. Some on the NE side of town and some in live oak. If you'd like to save your time and money marketing for deals and instead have them emailed to your inbox throughout the month, Definitely reach out.  Look forward to meet you all. Enjoy your Sunday.
