This will be my first full year in the biz so I was wondering how does the market do towards the end of the year close to the holidays. San Antonio Tx, We have the land to build out and the prices are still great for a rental or flip strategy, and the deals are consistently there. Our office moves 20-30 deals a month consistently.  So San Antonio gets my vote, Hope that helps.
