Getting probate data yourself can be so frustrating! It takes a lot of time and is tedious. But there are some great companies selling probate data to save you the hassle. Then you can focus working the leads and finding the right properties instead of spending all your time getting the leads.

Some good things to look for: a company that has been around a while, a company that works in many counties (more experienced), and a company that offers flexible purchase plans (from smaller test-drives to larger packages for people who want to invest more). 

You can either get them from the court house yourself or purchase them from a company that sells probate leads.

You can also purchase leads from a lead buying service to save yourself the time of tracking them down.
