3rd party probate info providers

Can anyone tell me which third party services provide probate filing info?  I periodically do this work myself going to the various Southern California court houses, so I know the ropes.  Pull files, exclude ones which do not include real estate, etc.  But I only have so many hours.  So I have thought about training someone to do this, but I want to first compare how much it would cost me to subscribe to a service for that same date.

I have searched these forums, and also the internet generally, and am having difficulty identifying companies which do this.  Most seem to want to also provide services I don't need (eg, All The Leads which has staff calling the leads for you).  Can my fellow professionals on these pages point me in the right direction?

@Leonard L.

This is one of the free webpages I use to retrieve free probate filings in San Francisco and Sacramento counties:

https://adtech.dailyjournal.com/legalads/

To begin go to SEARCH ~ for Category select PROBATE (for County and Notice Type leave as it is)  ~ Newspaper select DAILY COMMERCE ~ on the far right hit the blue Search>> button.

You can also change the date range which is from ~ from today to 30-60-90 days prior from today.

There's currently 28 new/current probate ad's and six probate auctions coming up this week.

Being L.A. county is so large the courthouse address is given to research the files.

This is the Sacramento  county webpage I use to research files:

https://services.saccourt.ca.gov/PublicCaseAccess/...

and for San Francisco county:

https://www.sfsuperiorcourt.org/online-services

When I'm researching files I cross reference date of last known address of decedent with the MLS to verify that the decedent did have property on the petition for probate.

If you don't have MLS access maybe try partnering up with a r.e. agent.

For me the information I posted above is accessible 24 hours which makes it a pleasure.

I'm contemplating into researching "farming" into San Mateo county. I usually receive a non-subscription e-mail from this publication: https://www.sfexaminer.com/

The home prices in San Mateo county are averaging around $1.5 million.

@Shaun J. you should do your best to see if  Nassau county has a way for you to research probate files on-line (if possible) and what adjudicated papers do PR's use to file for publication notice.

I hope this helps and if any other additional questions send up a flare...

Warm regards...
