@Todd Keith those are all rough areas honestly. I’d stay more east of Sacramento. Pushing closer to carmichael, fair oaks, Rocklin, Roseville and Citrus Heights. All are centrally locates and insane amount of development going on. Lack of housing is keeping this market pretty hot.

@Danny Oh hey Danny! I’m currently a buy and hold investor in Sacramento and surrounding areas and it’s tough to find returns like the ones in this area. I’d be more than happy to help you out and/or chat! My grandfather has moved his investing portfolio to Sacramento from the Bay Area and he’s been very happy with the ROI.

Hey Kerilyn! I live in the Sacramento area and have a partner (grandfather lol) that helps me with investing in the Sacramento area. I'm currently looking to find a property to flip as well, and teaming up with somebody sounds like a very fun and rewarding experience. I currently run and manage two duplexes and a SFR with my family. One duplex is mine, and the other two are shared. I'm working to build capital to purchase properties with all cash (as that seems to be my competition in the area). I know you invest out of Davis, but if you'd like to work together, I think I can use somebody on my side to help advance both of our careers in the industry. I'd be able to work on it everyday as well as coordinate with contractors (or the subs that I use) until the project is completed and up to par. Let me know if you're interested :)

Joe! Would love to talk to you about investing in Wilmington. I currently live in Sacramento CA and have some money to invest into a buy and hold (duplex or SFR in a good neighborhood). I'd love to build a team out on the east coast to create passive cash flow, and build up my portfolio for financial freedom. I'd love to network and talk more as I'm not currently in the area. Please contact me so we can chat!

I'm currently looking to invest in a buy and hold, out-of-state. Preferably in Wilmington. I know the landlord laws are good, and the prices are much more attractive than CA. Would love to network with local investors, property managers, and realtors in the area! Contact me so we can talk!!

I'm a Minor League baseball player in the Baltimore Orioles organization. Pretty fun job outside of real estate investing :)

Sophia Morris I live in the Sacramento region (rocklin/lincoln/roseville etc.) and I'm working to find a buy & hold investment (preferably a multi-unit). Willing to pay cash, and I hear you're a wholesaler. Let's talk more and we can put together a deal if you're up for it.
