Are there investors Flipping in Sacramento?

Hello Fellow BP Investors,

I just moved into the Bay Area, I have some experience in REI in the east coast and would like to get started and build a portfolio here in CA. I am interested in the Sacramento area and was wondering what other investors are doing in the area.

I am interested in buy & holds as well as fix and flips.  From my own research, it seems like buy & hold is the way to go right now, but I am curious to see if investors are having any success with flips.  Looking forward to connecting!

I do a lot of flipping and Wholetailing in the Sacramento area. I also teach people in my REI group which has over 1400 members. My group is free and I think there are also some groups in your area. Sacramento is a great market for flipping.
