New Investor from the Sacramento Area
Hello BP Community!
I am Kerilyn Paris, a 24-year professional civil engineer in Sacramento, CA. I am new to the forums and have been listening to the podcasts for a while. I am a partner in an investor group, starting a real estate investment business. We are currently focused on fix-and-flip properties in the greater Sacramento area. Our goal is to build capital to purchase buy-and-hold properties, multi-family homes, and apartment buildings.
I am thrilled about the wealth of information and help that the BP Community provides. I am excited to be here and to be starting my journey in real estate.
