@Andrew Hughes Did you have to pay anything down on your conventional loan?

This is good information as I am looking to buy my first multifamily property at the beginning of 2017.

@Erica Muller So you own the park itself? Or a few mobile homes in the park? Or both? I live in Atlanta but I'm originally from Panama City and would like to buy some mobile homes there. Are the rents for mobile homes the same as single family properties?

Well this question was just in regards to the properties I want to keep as rentals. The loan officer at the bank was trying to tell me I probably wanted to have a different LLC for each property. Something about that didn't sound right to me but I had to get some 2nd opinions

I live in Ellenwood also. I see alot of properties everyday in Ellenwood.

Which one is better to buy your properties under?

I'd like to have my first investment property by the end of the year as well, looks like I got 31 days lol. I want a duplex or fourplex myself. I recently joined a local group that meets in Marietta close to Roswell if you're interested @Nicole Campbell.
