Good stuff. I'm stuck. My bottom score Experian is 572, middle 613 and 620. I been trying to get some tradelines added to boost my score but they can be costly. I been wondering about Lending Club. Do they do a hard pull? What's the difference between them and Lending Tree?

@Jimmy Williams Good evening. I am a new investor as well and part of a local real estate organization that has a wealth of knowledge in each and every aspect of real estate.  We are having a webinar Wednesday at 830p if you would be interested in checking out. I think it will be very worth your while, being a new investor and all. Let me know if you are interested and i'll get you signed up to view the webinar.

@Timothy Metra im in your same position over here in Atlanta. I'm trying to house hack as well but trying to get my credit score up closer to 700 and also actually find a multifamily property. I bought my first house at 24 but I wish somebody would have told me to get a multifamily property. Now im 38 trying to get it right this time.

@Shawn Crawley I've been curious about Roanoke. My cousin and her husband live there and I was thinking about coming up there to check out the real estate scene.

@Ryan Hurd im 38 but purchased my first house at 24, if I had a do over I would go this route but I just didn't know. What fha lender did you use. I'm looking to get me a 4 unit at the first of the year.
