Post: Tax delinquent properties in Atlanta Georgia

I know this is an old thread but I pass this one house everyday that's pretty much covered up by trees and other growth. Finally was able to get the address and the lady died in 2008 but the tax info doesn't reflect who bought the lien. The taxes have been paid from 2012 to 2018. Seems like they would have updated the new owner by now or am I missing something? Please point me in the right direction because this is a prime piece of real estate in Roswell.

@Josh

@Josh Nicodemus My cousin lived in that neighborhood and lost their roof too. Total loss.  I wonder how much those houses will be going for.

@Sam Brown so are you buying up all of Panama City yet? Did you go to Rutherford?

@Turquoise Brown-Utley Ultimately it probably would be best to just wholesale the property yourself hmmmm??? That's kinda what i'm getting from the blogs in the case that you meet someone new and the trust isn't there.

When offering birddogging services, do you have the person requesting the bird dogging services sign a contract to make sure you get your finders fee or is it just a word of mouth thing?

Thanks for the info @Kiet N. I was wondering about the process down there in ClayCo. Glad you don't have to pay to register either.  I'd love to scoop up some land about the size that you got, and with a pond. That would be the life.

I am new investor and I drive for Uber/Lyft on the side. I come across distressed properties driving all over the city of Atlanta and am looking for a dependable honest JV partner to work with to acquire these properties and flip. I have a pretty long list right now but don't have the credit and cash on hand to get the properties right now. Please inbox me if interested.

Lol. Just put a cousin or somebody in it and keep a bill going there in your name

Marnie L,

Did the Peer2Peer lenders do a hard pull or just do a soft and tell you what they think you were qualified for?
