I'm looking for some good positive and negative feedback from people who have actually experienced it, jut like @Ali Boone said earlier. So far , I have been getting all speculative answers which I read in newspaper and from people who have no idea about RE (I hate when they just make up story from their reading or try to scare you)

@Johnson H. I am looking around nicer neighbourhood of Michigan (no Detroit). I am more curious to know what was the last purchase price of the house, not trying to judge the value from this price. And also trying to look at how high the price went up for that area.

@J. Martin Instead of printing out of state, we can do different color tag. For out of state/town, they get red /yellow tag and out of country gets special GOLDEN tag (it requires lot of dedication to come for meetup lol).

my 2cents.

Thanks @Account Closed

I'm looking at out of state property, I am not sure if and how can I check County's record unless they have spend some money to get records online.

Hello,

I'm wondering if there is any website where we can find out some history about the house such as last purchase/sold price (if data is not listed on Zillow or other sites) , etc...

Thanks,

Finally, I will get a chance to meet one of the well known SF investor @Amit M. I don't drink either and became a vegetarian so hoping that I can find veg options :)

@Account Closed I would like to carpool. Meeting with very special guest so don't mind staying late. I will let you know if anything changes on my side. :)

@Yuliany W. Hoping to meet you and hear about your investment ideas.
