Welcome to BP @Bridget Santella . I am newbie like you too but I guess first thing to do is start reading free guide available here on BP and start asking questions if you don't understand something and yeah real benefit is start attending meetup. @J Martin organize in Oakland and @Johnson H. schedule in San Francisco area.

I think East Coast / South West is good for Tax Lien. I have never invested myself but keep looking for online auction.

@Amit M. Oh did you come to meetup? I couldn't see you.

@Peter K. It was nice talking to you but unfortunately, it was almost 9ish and we got kicked out. Thanks @J. Martin and Brandon.

Finally, got a chance to talk with many of you.

hey Guys,

I'm looking for RE broker exam material to pass in first trial. I bought a course from realestateexpress.com and cleared all 3 exams but I dont trust it since their questions do not match with their practise qestions at all.

Any recommendation on how to prep for the exam and how long will it take.

you are right @J. Martin after such a long time..Welcome back and looking forward to see you.

@Jay Hinrichs you definitely have an amazing experience and thanks for sharing it. As @ANISH TOLIA said, if you give an idea about how to did you scale up your business, that experience will help me with my plan too.

Important par is that took a step towards it. Thanks for sharing your experience too.

@Account Closed Zillow do not have the past record of the properties I am looking at. I have informed my RE agent to get me details but was wondering if I can find it out myself rather waiting for him to give me details and it takes time.
