@Jerry K. like the way respond here. But I'm wondering how can we find more and more details about the owner such as why are they not paying tax and such personal details. We can get their basic info from Social Networking sites - LinkedIn, Facebook, G+, Twitter and on .... Do you think we can get more info from County ?

How do you invest in TaxLien and if you are also doing Tax Deed.

I just been to this seminar and they were pushing so hard to sign up and giving all sorts of lucrative offers. They were also giving offer for TAXLien and made it look so easy. I just didnt want to give away my $3K for something I do not trust. I can see that it was marketing gimmick and I didn't sign up. I would say about 25% people sign up right away after their offer (in both - RE Investment and TAXLien).

For a second I thought I should sign up but I think I should thank all of you guys here on BP. I read BP post and follow many people here.

I'm still in a hunt for my first RE investment.. My goal is to invest in atleast 2 SFH in 2014.
