Hey guys,

I have been looking Bay Area, CA RE market and its going up so crazily that I cannot think of investing. I am looking for my first investment property but looking at the house/condo/townhouse prices, calculation doesn't make sense at all.

Any of you are still investing, how are you finding deals! I would like to hear from you if you don't mind sharing.

Thanks in advance.

@Sarah Lam keep me in loop too.. I was out for last few weeks and wasn't logging onto BP either. Anyways, I would like to meet all local people too. Little difficult to make it on weekdays but no harm in trying.

Thanks for organizing this meetup.
